This is the smallest djembe from Nino percussion's Water Rhythm series. The NINO-ADJ2-XXS is remarkably small, meaning it's perfectly suitable for small children. However, while it may be a small instrument, that doesn't mean Nino Percussion paid any less attention to its looks! The shell is carved from a single piece of mahogany, and the hand-selected goatskin drumhead is held in place by high-grade PP nylon ropes. Even the smallest details have been kept in mind. For instance, there's a small carrying strap so that kids can easily carry the djembe around. Finally, the shell is decorated with hand-carved patterns that really complete the picture.
